  • Our work together is personalized and collaborative. I take time to understand your medical history, unique history with food, body image, and mental health.

    My intention is that sessions are supportive, nonjudgmental, and focused on helping you feel more connected to your body and your needs—not on dieting or rigid food rules.

    During your nutrition program, we’ll focus together on establishing your nutritional needs as well as specific eating, testing, lifestyle and supplementation choices designed to support your goals. Written care plans are provided after sessions to summarize our shared goals and to support implementation of any action steps.

    An initial 3-month commitment is recommended, but is not required.

  • Yes! I offer virtual nutrition counseling for clients located in OH, IL and NY. Sessions are held via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.

  • Food and Mood Nutrition Therapy, LLC is a cash-pay practice, which means that I do not bill insurance directly.

    This allows me to provide fully personalized care without the restrictions that often come with insurance networks.

    However, I’m happy to provide a superbill upon request, which you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients with PPO plans are able to receive partial reimbursement for nutrition services.

    I always recommend checking with your insurance provider to confirm your out-of-network benefits and requirements before starting.

  • The Nourished Brain Membership is $225 per month and includes consistent, personalized support for your journey.

  • You can book a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit. From there, I can provide you with guidance to prepare for your initial session!
